Meet Brenda

Brenda is our brand new Incident Control Unit or 'ICU' for short. It represents a near £70,000 investment which was funded by numerous grants and fundraisers. The name Brenda came from a long term supporter's late mother. The vehicle offers a mobile operation centre to command a missing person search or other incidents from anywhere in the county or further afield should the situation require it. The control unit carries a lot of different equipment for the team including, 2x PCs which have a range of specialist software, a 4G internet connection, GPS Tracking of our team radios and vehicles, and printing facilities.
